Crew Leader/Climber Bobby grew up in Bernardsville, NJ. After graduating from Bernards High, he started his journey towards becoming a licensed electrician. When his brother Keith enlisted him for his help with what was then a budding side business doing tree removal Bobby was happy to oblige.  At first he started out as part of the ground crew learning how to safely deal with trees that were on the ground and running the ropes for the climber who was in the tree.  Having initially gained this experience and knowledge on the ground allowed him to pursue the opportunity of becoming a proficient tree climber.Working alongside certified arborist friend and co-worker Rob Gillies as a guide, Bobby has progressed to become a passionate and enthusiastic climber. He strives to learn something new each and every day, and is planning to begin studying to become a certified arborist in the near future. Bobby core source of inspiration can be traced back to one place…his family.  He has an amazing wife, Melissa, and three beautiful children, all living on their growing little farm in Tewksbury, NJ.  The farm is complete with chickens, a mini potbellied pig, two beloved dogs and wild barn cats.

ISA Certified Arborist Jeff joined Keiling Tree Care in February of 2015.  He has been involved in the Arborculture Industry since 1994.  Jeff began his career in the field working hands on until 2005.  For the past 11 years plus, he has taken his field knowledge and added the certification of NJ Certified Tree Expert and ISA Certified Arborist.  On a daily basis Jeff meets with customers to discuss the specific needs of the trees and plants on their properties, and then helps manage the Keiling Tree Care team in completing the work. Jeff lives in Bernardsville with his wife Shannon and 3 kids, Evan, Casey, and Julie.  Trees and outdoor living are some of Jeff’s biggest passions.  When not at work, he likes to spend his time coaching his local baseball and basketball travel teams. Keys to Jeff’s success are to always be on time and truthful.  “I realize the honor in being chosen to help care for a client’s valued landscape.”
